OUR STORY
WE HELP MAKE THE HOLIDAY SEASON A LITTLE BRIGHTER FOR THOSE WHO NEED A HELPING HAND
Our efforts began during the Christmas season in 1951. With the support of the CFRA and the West Ottawa Lions Club behind us, we began the Christmas Cheer Broadcast — our annual radio-thon. Since then, the Christmas Cheer initiative has grown and welcomed the support of many local organizations and celebrities.
The Christmas Cheer Foundation was created in 2007, but our efforts have been long appreciated in the Ottawa community. Our annual Breakfast welcomes thousands of friendly faces in the community.
